Michael Dewayne Seale

Michael Dewayne Seale peacefully passed away on Thursday, Sept. 12, 2024 at the age of 66, surrounded by his family. 
Mike was born on Aug. 26, 1958 in Houston,  to Franklin Seale and Dalphelene (Hughes) Seale.
Mike was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He worked as a dedicated Safety Director at food plants and provided contractor safety training in Port Lavaca. He ensured safe work environments and was devoted to the well-being of those he worked with. Mike was known for his hardworking nature and caring spirit. His dedication extended beyond his job; Mike was a devout Catholic who was very involved in ACTS, reflecting his commitment to his faith and community.
Mike was preceded in death by his parents, Franklin and Dalphelene Seale; brother, Gary Seale, and sister, Denise Taylor. 
Left to honor his legacy is his loving wife, Kathy Seale; sons, Travis Seale (Erin), and Carl Seale; grandchildren, Joseph, Jillian, and Grady Seale. Mike is further survived by many nieces and nephews. 
Services honoring Mike will take place on Thursday, Sept. 19, 2024, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Flatonia. Family and friends are invited to begin gathering and visiting at 1 p.m. The Holy Rosary will be recited at 2 p.m. with the Memorial Mass following at 2:30 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks donations be made to Hospice of South Texas, The Moulton Volunteer Fire Department, or Flatonia Fire and Rescue.
Smith Funeral Home, Moulton, is in charge of arrangements.
