Moulton boys basketball: Varsity defeats Aristoli Academy

Down 28-21 at halftime against Aristoli Academy, the Moulton Bobkatz went on a 18-8 run to help earn a 56-36 win Nov. 12 at home.
The Katz led 39-36 entering the fourth quarter and outscored Aristoli 17-0 in the final eight minutes.
The game was 10-10 after the first quarter and Aristoli scored 18 of 29 points in the second frame.
Seth Beyer led Moulton with 15 points and two triples; Jaxon Bartos added 11 points and Landon Chaloupka hit two tres and finished with 10 points.
Chance H. led Aristoli with 14 points and two three-point baskets.

The junior varsity Katz were unable to overcome a small halftime deficit, falling to Aristoli 31-26.
Aristoli led 10-5 after one quarter and each team scored six points in the second quarter.
Aristoli went on a 9-6 run in the third frame and Moulton did exact in the final period.
Colton Abbt led the Katz with 10 points.
