St. Paul girls basketball: Lady Cards win district opener
Riley Mozisek scored a dozen points as the St. Paul girls basketball team won their district opener 35-22 at Austin San Juan Diego on Friday.
St. Paul took an 11-4 lead in the first frame and ASJ went on a 7-6 run in the second quarter that left St. Paul ahead 17-11.
The Lady Cardinals went on a 13-9 run in the third stanza and polished off the game with five of seven points in the game’s last eight minutes.
