The Moulton Independent School District student and employee handbook are now ready to view. The board discussed this at the July 8 meeting.One significant revision in the student handbook involves early graduation and participation in senior activities.

As summer vacation comes to an end for students, the 2024-25 school year will beginning for area schools with some starting this week and the remainder next week.Whether a motorist, student or pedestrian, school zone safety is of utmost importance as the new school year starts.

The Moulton High School Reunion will be held Saturday, Oct. 22, at the Hall at Moulton Oaks. Registration opens at 1 p.m. A short meeting will follow the planned supper at 6 p.m.

MISD, high school get Grade A ratings from TEA

The much-anticipated school accountability ratings from the Texas Education Agency were released last month, and the news couldn’t have been much better for Moulton.
