Shiner mourns passing of former Animal Control Officer

The Shiner Animal Control Office and the city of Shiner are mourning the loss of former Animal Control Officer Larry Valis.Valis served the community for many years as an animal control officer before becoming Shiner’s Animal Control Officer.
