Hallettsville native receives Outstanding Alumnus Award at Texas A&M University

Oscar J. “Bubba” Woytek, a retired development officer and rancher, has been named an Outstanding Alumnus by the Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine & Biomedical Sciences (VMBS) for his lasting contributions to veterinary medicine and education.
