The Lavaca County EMS responded to a two-vehicle crash on State Highway 95 on FM 958 last Thursday afternoon.A black 2011 Hyundai driven by Cinthia Rodriguez Chow was traveling on South SH95 and she passed another vehicle driving southbound.
