Lavaca County youth join forces this Christmas

For the second year in a row, the youth of the Shiner Royal Court, Hallettsville Royal Court, and the Moulton Youth Ambassadors are gearing up for Deputy Santa.These groups will collect gifts for newborns to ten-year-olds and senior citizens.

Festival Of Lights set for Saturday, Nov. 30

The annual Festival of Lights celebration will take place Saturday, Nov. 30 on the Courthouse Square in downtown Hallettsville.The day will begin with artisan, food and drink vendors opening from noon to 6 p.m. and during the same time music will be provided by Doc Welby and Chris Rybak.
