Council amends Utility Tap Fee Schedule

The Moulton City Council approved an amendment to the City of Moulton Utility Tap Fee Schedule at the Jan. 13 meeting.The new fees for the water tap will be $2,500, while the new sewer fees will be $4,000. “This was a decision made by the council,” City Administrator LuAnn Rogers said.

Manufactured Home Ordinance on Moulton Agenda

The City of Moulton discussed reviewing an ordinance of manufactured homes in the city at the Dec. 9 meeting.“I wanted them to look at this ordinance,” city administrator LuAnn Rogers said.
