Nearly 20 future Moulton cheerleaders spent much of last week learning what it takes to be a cheerleader for the mighty Moulton Bobkatz . They learned a few new cheers and dance routines and even got to share some of their artistic skills with the older girls.

Legion, SAL to hold annual membership drive Sunday

American Legion Post No. 392, its Auxiliary and the Sons of the American Legion (SAL) Squadron 392 will hold their annual membership drive luncheon and installation of officers at noon Sunday, Aug. 14, at the Moulton American Legion Hall.

Drought forces water restrictions in Moulton

The drought hasn’t been kind to Moulton’s water resources this year. The city spent several weeks and several thousands of dollars rehabbing the city’s newest well, Well No. 4, earlier this year, finally bringing it back online in early June.
