Students celebrate Water Fun Day before summer heat

    Staff and students armed with water guns gathered outside the Yoakum Primary Annex School for an afternoon filled with water games before the summer break on Friday, May 20. 

     

    Dozens of students enjoyed the break from their classrooms to participate in Water Fun Day alongside Yoakum High School Peer Assistance Leadership Skills (PALS) members. 

     

    The annual celebration provided local children an opportunity to cool off and socialize with their classmates before their three-month departure from school during the hot summer months.
