Wilbert Lee Dornak

Wilbert Lee Dornak, 83, of Shiner passed away peacefully surrounded by all those he loved the most on Friday, June 3, 2022.  

He was born on Jan. 3, 1939, in Hallettsville, where he attended Sacred Heart Catholic School.  

In 1960 he married his loving wife, Charlotte, at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church in Selma.

Wilbert is survived by his loving wife, Charlotte Dornak; two daughters; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.

Wilbert was preceded in death by his parents, Albina and Joseph Dornak; siblings, Archie Dornak, Joe Max Dornak, Marcella Brock and Annie Mae Smolik. 

Graveside service was held at 10 a.m., Wednesday, June 8  at Holy Cross Cemetery, San Antonio.

 Memorials may be made to Sacred Heart Catholic Church/School, Hope Hospice of New Braunfels, Saint Cyril and Methodius Catholic Church or charity of donor’s choice.
