    The TAPPS IV state finalists Cardinals baseball team had several players make All-State, All-State Tournament and All-District following the 2022 season.
    St. Paul advanced to the state tournament for the first time since 2019. They defeated Bulverde Bracken Christian 7-3 in the state semifinals and loss a very close state final game to Weatherford Christian 3-2.
    All State
    Zak Johnson, Fisher Davis and Nate Boedeker were selected for First Team All-State.
    Noah Boedeker and Jackson Ulcak made Second Team All-State.
    Receiving Academic All-State is Noah Boedeker, Davis, Johnson, Kade Leist and Ulcak.
    All-State Tournament
    Ulcak, Davis, Johnson and Nate Boedeker all made the All-State Tournament team.
    All-District
    Johnson, Noah Boedeker, Nate Boedeker, Ulcak and Sean Humes all received First Team All-District.
    Making Second Team All District is Blaine Humes, Zeke Rodriguez, Leist and Ethan Easterling.
