Shiner volleyball: Lady Comanches win non-district match against Castle Hills

The Shiner Lady Comanches volleyball team took a quick break from district in hosting San Antonio Castle Hill on Saturday, earning a 25-10, 25-9, 25-14 sweep.
Meghan Blaschke had 14 assists, three digs, one ace; Callie Sevcik added one kill, one dig; Julie Ivy got five kills, three digs, one block; Rylee Vancura had 13 aces, 10 assists, eight digs, two kills; Chelsea Whiddon had three aces, three kills, three digs, two blocks; Lauren Faldyn produced four aces, one dig; Aimee Mitchon got seven kills, one assist, one dig; Avery Boedeker had three kills; Brooke Palmer added four kills; Chesney Machacek had five kills, two blocks; Megan Winkenwerder had two digs, one assist; Paeden Vincik finished with six digs, three aces.
