Moulton junior high basketball: Moulton JH teams beat Nordheim

Moulton junior high teams  basketball teams took wins over Nordheim last Thursday.
Moulton girls 58, Nordheim 9
Madison Rothbauer scored 22 points to lead Moulton past the Nordheim 58-9.
Moulton led 10-4 after the first quarter and led 18-9 at halftime; Moulton outscored Nordheim 40-0 in the second half.

Kenton K. and Greyson A. scored 16 and 12 points, respectively, to lead the Moulton JH boys to a 44-36 win over the Pirates.
Moulton started good with a 16-5 lead against Nordheim and the Pirates went on a 13-10 run in the second quarter to cut Moulton’s lead to 26-18 at halftime. Nordheim outscored Moulton 13-10 in the third frame and Moulton recovered with an 8-5 run in the fourth quarter.
