Kari Ann Bolin

Kari Ann Bolin, 52, passed away in Clermont, Florida on Wednesday. Jan. 4, 2023 at 12:05 p.m. 

She was born in Cuero on Nov. 24, 1970 to Walter Brent Bolin and Mildred “Millie” Ann Bolin. 

Kari was baptized and confirmed in the Zion Lutheran Church in Moulton. 

She was a graduate of Moulton High School where she participated in many school activities. 

Kari was a Registered Nurse and a Chief Nursing Officer at a Rehab Hospital in Clermont, Florida. 

Kari loved life, her family, all animals and especially loved her two French Mastiff Dogs, Bailey and Porthos.

Kari was always helpful, loved everyone and was a joy to be around. Kari had strong faith in God ever since she was a little girl and attended church with grandparents.

She is survived by her mother, Mildred “Millie” Selzer; her half-brother, Derek Johnson and wife, Cindy; half-sister, Jeana Watson and husband; half-sister, Conna Piro and husband. 

Kari had two beautiful daughters, Brianna Lenae Miller and fiance, Scott Cantwell; Arika Ann Burwell and husband, Nick; two granddaughters, Kinsley Ann Burwell and Leighton Caroline Burwell.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Arnold and Laura Jaroszewski;  her step-father, Harvey Selzer, and her and father, Brent Bolin.

Kari Ann we love you and miss you but take comfort in knowing you are happy and at peace in your new Heavenly Home with your Savior.

A celebration of life and light was held on Saturday, Jan. 21 honoring Kari Ann. Per her wishes she was sent out to the deep blue seas and her scattered in the beautiful waters from a charger boat of family and friends. 

Later, from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. the family and friends were at Sea Turtle Pavillion at Anastasia Park in St. Augustine, Florida where Kari used to take her daughters when they are children.

They celebrated her life by praising and rejoicing in the beautiful surroundings.
