Shiner finishes as state finalist in first ever film contest

    Shiner High School’s Megan Winkenwerder, Gavin Gipson, Erich Chan, and Sam Presley became state finalists in Shiner’s first ever state film contest. They entered their film effort entitled, “Mirage!” and brought home a combined conference AAA state finalist plaque from the University of Texas at Austin.
