Shiner track and field:Shiner girls grab team Gold at Columbus meet

    Shiner track teams were in action in Columbus on Thursday with the girls varsity bringing home the team gold,
    Varsity Girls
    The Lady Comanches won first place with 220 points. Sophomore Kailey Boedeker set a school record in shot put with a throw of 37 feet, 8 1/2 inches, surpassing the old record of 35-9 set by Abby Tieken in 2014.
