Shiner girls golf: LC get runner up at Navarro tourney

    The Lady Comanches golf team came in second at the Navarro Panther tournament held at Starke Park in Seguin on March 20. Wimberley beat out Shiner for first place by three strokes. Chelsea Whiddon led Shiner with a 97 and Grace Migl carded a 98. Megan Winkenwerder shot a 104; Bri Sofka had a 110 and Callie Chrismon booked a 118. Individual medalists for Shiner was Olivia Akin with a 118 and Morgan Lenehan got a 120.
