Albert V. Kutac

YOAKUM: Albert V. Kutac, age 70, passed away Tuesday, July 18, 2023.

He was born April 23, 1953 in Yoakum to Louis and Anna Marie Honc Kutac.

He worked in bridge construction and owner of Corner Stop and was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. He was a graduate of St. Paul High School. He enjoyed tending to his cattle and ranch. When he worked in bridge construction he would fly his own plane home on weekends so he could spend time with his family. He supported St. Joseph Catholic Church and Sts. Cyril & Methodius Catholic Church picnics. He also supported F.F.A. and 4-H.

Survivors: sisters, Sister Paschaline Kutac of Victoria, Adella Kutac of Yoakum, Ann Margaret Kutac of Yoakum and Ludie Cowan of Shiner; brother, Anthony "Tony" Kutac (Annell) of Yoakum along with nieces & nephews and great nieces & nephews.

Preceded in death by: parents; brothers, Val Kutac and Louis Kutac.

Rosary 9:30 a.m. with Funeral Mass at 10:00 a.m. Friday, July 21, 2023 at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Rev. Matthew Huehlefeld officiating. Burial St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.

Pallbearers: Russell Cowan, Mike Cowan, Chris Kutac, Greg Kutac, Clay Hairell and Gary Honc. Honorary pallbearer: Tyler Kutac
