Rita Mae Grahmann Kominczak

Rita Mae Grahmann Kominczak, 72, of Houston, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday afternoon, July 26, 2023.  

She was born in Hallettsville on July 9, 1951, to Alois and Lucille Grahmann.

Rita married Larry Kominczak on April 5, 1975 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church.  

Rita wss preceded in death by her parents; Alois and Lucille Grahmann; sister, Dolores Holly, and brother-in-law, Bobby Holly.

Rita is survived by her husband, Larry Kominczak; her two daughters; four grandchildren; five sisters; six brothers and countless nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation will begin at 5 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 3 at Kubena Funeral Home in Hallettsville. Rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. at the funeral home. 

Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m., Friday, Aug. 4 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Hallettsville. 

Burial will follow at Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery.
