70 Report to Brahma Camp

New Brahma head football coach Levi Montgomery had approximately 70 players attend the first practice Monday morning.

“Initially, I’m very pleased with our seniors and their focus,” Montgomery said. “We are going to be a senior-led team at the least. It is very early in the process and the seniors are certainly taking ownership.”

The Brahmas will hold an inter-squad scrimmage Saturday morning

The Brahmas return seven offensive starters and five defensive starters from a 7-4 team.

The Brahmas’ first scrimmage is in Marion Friday, Aug. 11 before hosting Calhoun Thursday, Aug. 17.
