LB, Brahmas run in initial XC Meet

ALTAIR – Hallettsville competed in its first cross country meet of the season at Altair Rice Consolidated Saturday morning

The Lady Brahmas finished third and Olivia Etzler will be out for the season and is scheduled for surgery.

Freshman Elizabeth was second with a time of 12:09 on the 3200 meter course. Others winning medals were Juliet Davenport 11th, 13:12; Darby Phillips 14th, 13:38 and April Leopold 15th, 13:45.

Adalyn Pohl place 19th (14:11), Alexis Tudon 26th, Mallory Maes 30th, Kat Patlovany 44th and Madi Camarillo 47th.

Josh Griffin medaled with a 13th place finish in 10:44. John Dean was 28th, Gabriel Dodson 36th and Ethan Cazares 39th.
