Lucille Schoenfeld
Lucille “Lucy” Ann Schoenfeld, 105, of Moulton, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 11, 2023.
Lucy was born on January 7, 1918 in Moulton, to Frank J. and Frances Kahanek Darilek.
Survivors include her three sons, Richard Schoenfeld and wife Elaine, Kenneth Schoenfeld and wife Phyllis, and Dennis Schoenfeld and wife Rose; grandchildren, Greg Schoenfeld (Teresa), Amy Ramos, Amanda Francis (Chuck), Robyn Kozelsky (Cliff), Ryan Schoenfeld (Hayley); great-grandchildren, Lauren, Ashley and Alyssa Schoenfeld; Madelyn and Katelyn Ramos; John and Annie Kozelsky; Chase, Cale and Kiera Francis; Molly, Clara, Lucy and Isabella Schoenfeld; sister-in-law, Agnes Darilek; and brother-in-law, Ben Bolech.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Victor L. Schoenfeld; her parents; sisters, Marian Bolech, Frances Faldyn, Martha Othold and Adela Simper; brothers, Edward Darilek, Ben Darilek, August Darilek, Leonard Darilek, Ernest Darilek, Leroy Darilek and Frankie U. Darilek. She also leaves behind many nieces, nephews cousins and friends too numerous to name but not forgotten.
Visitation was held at 8:45 a.m. Monday, October 16, followed by a rosary at 9:30 a.m. at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church.
Funeral Mass was celebrated at 10 a.m. at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Moulton, with Father Gabriel Maison officiating.
Burial followed at St. Joseph’s Catholic Cemetery in Moulton.
Pallbearers were Greg Schoenfeld, Cliff Kozelsky, Ryan Schoenfeld, David Simper, August Darilek and Elroy Othold.
