LB in first swim meet Saturday

    VICTORIA – The Hallettsville Lady Brahma swim team competed in the first meet of the season in the Victoria ISD Veterans Day Invitational Saturday.

    Lauren Lundy finished second in the 50-yard freestyle in 27.25 seconds and fourth in the 100-yard freestyle in a minute and 4 seconds.

    Sarah Estrada was 25th in the freestyle and dropped 69 seconds off her previous best and 12th in the backstroke. (1:53.09).
