Lady Bulldogs win at rival Gonzales

Jayana Phillips made 13 points and Destiny Rios had nine points as the Lady Bulldogs won at Gonzales 46-37 on Nov. 28.

The Lady Bulldogs took a slight 9-7 lead at the end of the opening frame and 13-7 run gave them a 22-14 halftime advantage.

The Lady Bulldogs scored 14 of 26 thirdquarter points to lead 36-26 to start the fourth quarter and the Lady Apaches managed an 11-10 run, but could not close the gap further.
