Indians salvage win in Moulton

MOULTON – The Sacred Heart Indians salvaged one victory in the Moulton Tournament with a 76-25 victory over Bastrop Tribe Thursday.

The Indians jumped out to a 16-7 lead at the end of the first quarter with Nic Angerstein supplying 9 of the points.

The Indians doubled the advantage at half, 30-15.

Angerstein poured in 21 points.

The Indians committed just 6 turnovers in the contest and forced 15 Bastrop Tribe floor errors.

Shiner led 16-2 at the end of the first period and were never headed in a 65-25 win Friday.

Hudson Kutac led the Indians with 8 points.
