Otto Moeller

Otto Moeller, 87 of Moulton passed away Saturday, Dec. 30, 2023, surrounded by his family.  

He was born on Dec. 27, 1936 to Edmund and Lillian Moeller.  

On July 5, 1955, he married Elrose Anderle. They had four children, Judy, Linda, Robert and Monica.  

He worked at TexTan until his retirement and he also did farming. 

Later in his life his passion was helping his children and grandchildren when he wasn’t hunting, fishing or mowing yards.    

Otto was preceded in death by his wife, Elrose Anderle. 

He is survived by his children, Judy Friedl (Mark) of Moulton, Linda Mikulencak (Michael) of Moulton, Robert Moeller (Janet) of Shiner and Monica Berger (Chris) of Schulenburg; grandchildren, Ryan Cates (Vanessa), Jonathan Mikulencak (Melanie), Kelly Hilz (Ryan), Jason Friedl, Samantha Moeller, Emily Moeller and Kaylee Berger; great-grandchildren, Reese Cates, Rustin Cates, Kate Mikulencak, Cullen Mikulencak, Kylar Mikulencak, Cole Mikulencak, Rylee Hilz and Kadon Hilz; brothers, Edmund Moeller, Elton Moeller (Henrietta),  and brother-in-law, Eugene Anderle (Barbara).

Visitation began at 9 a.m., Thursday, Jan, 4, followed by Rosary at 9:30 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Moulton. 

Funeral Mass was celebrated at 10 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Father Tim Kosler officiated.  

Interment followed at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Moulton.  

Attending as pallbearers were Ryan Cates, Jason Friedl, Jonathan Mikulencak, Ryan Hilz, Mike Moeller, Steve Moeller, Bradley Anderle and Justin Anderle.
