Dolores Emma Krause

Dolores Emma Krause of Hallettsville, passed away on Friday, Dec. 29, 2023, at the age of 92.  

She was born Feb. 10, 1931 in Moulton to Anton Sr. and Emma Heinrich Billimek.

 On April 25, 1949 she married Julius Hilmer Krause in Moulton.

Dolores was preceded in death by her parents; husband; two sisters, Evelyn Schoenvogel and Lillian Wenske; brother, Anton J. Billimek, and infant brother, Joseph Billimek.

She is survived by: one daughter; two sons; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.

Visitation began at 9 a.m., Thursday, Jan. 4 at Ascension of Our Lord Catholic Church in Moravia, followed by Rosary at 9:30 a.m.

Funeral Mass was celebrated at 10 a.m., Thursday at Ascension of Our Lord Catholic Church. Msgr. John Peters officiated.

Burial  followed in Ascension of Our Lord Catholic Cemetery. 

Memorials may be made to Ascension of Our Lord Catholic Church or a charity of donor’s choice.
