Moulton girls basketball: Ava Olivarez scores 18 as JH Kittens thrash Waelder 60-14

Ava Olivarez bagged 18 points, Sophia Vasquez added 16 points and Zurely Vasquez put in 10 points in the Moulton junior high girl’s 60-14 win at Waelder on Monday.
The Kittens led 18-5 after one quarter and outscored Waelder 18-0 in the second frame.
Moulton scored 10 of 13 points in the third box and outscored Waelder 14-6 in the final quarter.
