Brahma win streak snapped at 4

The Brahmas got within 2 to begin the fourth period, 46-44, after 3 free throws by Shane Migura and a basket by Landry Brown before going into turnover mode. The Cowboys went on a 6-0 run to up the lead to 52-44 and Hallettsville (9-13, 4-3) never recovered.
Jaden Clay scored a game-high 20 points and Henke led the Brahmas with 15 markers.
The Brahmas committed 16 turnovers and the Cowboys 14.
Edna was 11 of 22 from the foul line and the Brahmas 10 for 18.
The loss snapped the Brahmas’ four-game losing streak.
The Brahmas played at Rice Consolidated Tuesday and will host Yoakum Friday night.

The Brahmas made 10 threes in the contest.
The Brahmas led 12-7 at the first break and 20-14 at the half before outscoring the Sharks 43-18 in the second half.
Dougie Mundine scored a career-high 27 points.
