Shiner girls golf: Lady Comanches golf get top 7 finish at state meet

    The Shiner Lady Comanches placed sixth in the UIL state girls golf tournament last week.
    They finished 28 strokes out of third place.
    Chelseas Whiddon carded 92-92-184 to lead Shiner; Callie Chrismon went 96-92-199; Brianna Sofka recorded 95-105-200.
    Morgan Lenehan posted  109-100-209; Grace Migl scored 109-102-211.
    Shiner as a team carded 392-386-778.
