Coach Henke gets his due

Former Sacred Heart coach Pat Henke will be inducted into the inaugural TAPPS Hall of Fame. He received word of the honor Sunday.

“It is a great honor. I also know I was blessed with some very talented football and softball players,” Henke said. “One of the big things is seeing them becoming good wives and husbands and take their place in life.”

Henke coached 41 years, all at Sacred Heart, and was head football/AD for 36 years.
