    It’s a new year for Rotary! Every July 1, Rotary has a change in leadership. At the Shiner Rotary Club meeting held last Wednesday, Bernie Satterwhite, Assistant District Governor for Rotary District 5870 swore in Sherry Esse as Shiner Rotary’s newest President.  Sherry was preceded as President by Melanie Nevlud who served from July 23-June 24. A new selection of officers was sworn in as well.
