'Nettes win, lose
The Sacred Heart Indianettes experienced some high and lows last week.
SH opened TAPPS District 5 Division IV play by whipping Victoria Faith Academy, 38-22 here Tuesday, Jan. 14 before losing to St. Paul on the road Friday.
In the victory over Faith Academy, Briana Clark got the Indianettes off to a good start by scoring 8 points in the first quarter including a trey for a 15-6 lead.
The Indianettes managed just 5 points in the second canto but still led 20-12 at the half.
SH feasted off 8 Lady Cougar turnovers in the third quarter and built up a 30-16 lead heading into the final period.
Clark led all scorers with 12 points.
SH committed just 11 turnovers in the game while forcing 25.

St. Paul’s Skylar Mozisek canned 19 points and Kristen Cerny added 17 in the 56-25 Lady Cardinals’ win Friday.
The Indianettes went scoreless in the initial quarter and trailed 12-0.
The SP advantage was 35-7 at the half.
