Indianettes fall to RTC

    CARMINE – Following a slew of turnovers, the Sacred Heart Indianettes lost to Round Top-Carmine 54-34 Friday night.

    SH could not control the Eilers twins - Tess and Jill - who combined for 19 points.

    Jill Eilers scored 6 points in the first quarter and the Cubettes led 18-6.

    A 16-11 second period enhanced the lead to 34- 17 at the half. Tess Eilers had 8 points in the stanza.

    SH out-scored the Cubettes 10-8 in the third canto.

    Mallory Mueller and Heather Wilson both scored 8 points for the Indianettes. Madison Markwardt was also in double figures for RTC with 10 points.
