Shiner, St. Paul girls golf: St. Paul Red gets 2nd at Cuero girls tourney

Both Shiner and Shiner St. Paul girls golf teams competed in the Lady Gobbler Invitational on March 3.
St. Paul
The St. Paul Red team had a team score of 423, one stroke behind winner Columbus who had a 422. Audrey Thibodeaux got third medalist with a 99; Riley Mozisek carded a 102 to tie for fourth. Faith Brown placed sixth with a 103. Reese Seibert had a 119 to tie for 24th; Skylar Mozisek had 120 to be in a three-way tie for 28th
The St. Paul White team carded a 498 for seventh place.
Mary Sue Filip had 117 to tie for 22nd place.  Emma Marshall had a 121 to be one of four golfers tied for 31st.
Reese Chilek and Kenley Wyatt each had a 130 to tie for 43rd. Kylie Kelso carded a 130 to tie for 45th. Lana Lucas competed as a St. Paul junior varsity golfer, scoring a 132 to tie for 47th.
Shiner
The Shiner 1 team placed fifth with a score 458.
Morgan Lenehan had 107 to tie for ninth place; Callie Chrismon had a 110 to take 14th. Olivia Akin for 17th by recording a 114. Evy Johnson tied for 39th with a 127; Marie Johnson scored a 133 for 49th.
The Shiner 2 team had a 539 for ninth place.
Harper Lenehan had a 131 to tie for 45th; Raleigh Moore and Addie Prove each shot a 135 to tie for 51st. Maddie Collins had a 138 to tie for 54th.
