Shiner volleyball: LCs move into regional quarterfinals

    The Lady Comanches volleyball team earned a sweep of Falls City in the bi-district match Thursday night at Seguin ISD’s SAC Center.
    The first set was a close one as Shiner won 25-20. 
    The Lady Comanches were more dominant in the second set with a 25-13 win.
    Shiner finished the task with a three-point margin of victory, 25-22, in the third set.
    The Lady Comanches defeated Granger in four sets in the area round Monday of this week in Elgin.
    They will take on the winner of Junction/Freer today, tomorrow or Saturday in the regional quarterfinals
