Victor Molnoskey

Victor Adolf Molnoskey, 91, of Houston, passed away on Thursday, December 25, 2025.
Victor was born on September 14, 1934, in Gonzales, to Joe and Francis Molnoskey. He met the love of his life, Margaret Ann Petter, and they were united in marriage on April 29, 1957, at Ascension of Our Lord Catholic Church in Moravia.
Victor and Margaret made their home in Houston, where he worked for Rheem Manufacturing and proudly served in the National Guard. Known affectionately as “Vic” and lovingly called “Pop” by his boys, Victor was deeply devoted to his family. 
He cherished time spent with his sons, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. His passions included ranching, hunting, and fishing—activities that brought him great joy throughout his life.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 68 years, Margaret Ann Molnoskey; sons, Glenn, Ronnie and Nathan Molnoskey; grandchildren, Jason Molnoskey (wife Courtney), Michelle Reyes (husband Gino), Ryan Molnoskey, Delilah Molnoskey and Nicholas Molnoskey; great-grandchildren, Haliey and Gavin Molnoskey, Alyssa and Gage Reyes and Gabriella Molnoskey. He is also survived by his brother, Gus Molnoskey (wife Joyce) and Margaret H. Molnoskey (Paul’s wife).
Victor was preceded in death by his parents; and brothers, Benedict (wife Marcella), Paul, Albert and Felix (wife Rosie).
A rosary and visitation will be held from 5-8 p.m. Monday, January 12 at Brookside Funeral Home – Cypress Creek. 
Funeral Mass and burial will take place at 2 p.m. Tuesday, January 13 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Flatonia.
