HPD presents bicycle/scooter safety reminders

On Thursday, Feb. 12, a traffic accident occurred that involved a juvenile riding a scooter and vehicle.The juvenile was airflighted to a Houston hospital and the conditions of the individual is unknown.According the HPD report, the juvenile on the scooter failed to yield the right of way at an intersection on S.
