Federal magistrate judge recommends dismissal of lawsuit against county, City of Shiner

A federal lawsuit filed by former Shiner resident John Harrington against the city of Shiner and various members of its police force, Lavaca County, including several of its officials, has been recommended for dismissal by U.S.
