Indianettes win own tournament

The Indianettes proved to be rude hosts in easily winning the Sacred Heart Tournament at Municipal Golf course Wednesday, March 25.The Indianettes shot a total score of 399 and won the tournament 54 strokes ahead of the second place team.

Sacred Heart rallies to beat St. Paul 16-9

What could have been a huge upset, the Indianettes rallied from a 7-3 deficit to take a 16-9 victory over the St. Paul Lady Cardinals at the Shiner Starplex Monday evening in a key TAPPS Division V District 5 game.SH scored nine runs in the top of the fifth inning to take the lead for good.

Indians 2-0 in dist. after rout of Reicher

The Indians moved to 2-0 in Division IV District 5 with a three inning 15-0 victory over Waco Bishop Reicher here Wednesday, March 25.The Indians are 11-7 overall.The Indians totaled eight hits and took advantage of seven walks, two hit batsmen and numerous errors.

S’Burg wins SH Tournament

Led by Reid Janda’s 74, led the Schulenburg Shorthorns to a first place in the Sacred Heart Tournament held at Hallettsville Municipal Golf MondayJanda also had the longest drive.Schulenburg shot a team score of 335 and beat second place Shiner by two strokes.

The Indianettes split two games last week.The Indianettes nipped San Antonio Cornerstone in eight innings 1-0 in San Antonio Wednesday, March 18.Ainsley Grahmann’s base hit scored Kenzie Chance with the winning run.

Indians lose to Dallas First Baptist

The Indians lost to Dallas First Baptist here Thursday, 9-4.The Indians defeated the Saints in the state finals in 2025.Eric Gough was the starting and winning pitcher for the Saints and handcuffed the Indians, giving up just two hits in the six innings he worked.

Indianettes defeat Burton

The Indianettes defeated Burton 12-6 here Wednesday, March 11 with the help of seven Lady Panther errors.SH scored a run in every inning.Paelyn Etzler started and worked five innings to earn the win.

Indians victors in district opening game

The Indians fired the first salvo in an 8-2 victory over St. Paul in a TAPPS Division IV, District 5 game here Tuesday night, March 10.Layne Sevcik again came close to pitching a complete game and came up a few pitches shy in the 6.2 innings he worked.

SH thinclads in first meet

FALLS CITY – Sacred Heart competed in its first meet of the season Thursday, March 5 at the Beaver Relays.For the Indianettes, Rylan Dworsky was second in the triple jump with a best of 36-1. Kenzie Chance finishes fifth in the 100-meter dash with a time of 13.26 seconds.

EAST BERNARD – Seven errors told the story in the Indianettes’ 9-4 loss to East Bernard Tuesday, March 3.Only one Brahmarette run was earned.East Bernard scored two runs in the first inning and three in the second.SH cut the lead to 5-2 with a two-run second inning.
