Veterans Appreciation Day Saturday

By Jimmy Appelt jimmy.appelt@lavacacountytoday.com   The 19th annual Veterans Appreciation Day will take place this Saturday, April 29 at the Hallettsville Knights of Columbus Hall. Doors will open at 10:30 a.m. and a ceremony observing the veterans services is slated to start at 11:30 a.m.

National Vietnam Veterans Day Celebration set for March 29

Come join the Vietnam Veterans, Hallettsville Chapter 854 at 10 a.m. on March 29 to celebrate National Vietnam Day to honor the six Lavaca County residents who were KIA during the Viet Nam War.
