Early voting in primaries starts Tuesday, Feb. 20

Early voting in the Republican and Democrat Party primaries will begin Tuesday, Feb. 20 with all voting taking place at the Lavaca County Annex Building. The Annex is located at 412 N. Apply for ballots by mail now for upcoming March primaries

Those wanting to take part in the upcoming March 5 primaries have a couple of dates to take note of between now and Election Day. The first is Monday, Feb. 5. It is the final day to register as a voter to participate in the March 5 Primary Elections. Not sure if you are registered to vote?

Entity candidate filing ends Friday

The filing deadline for candidates to run for positions on the Hallettsville ISD Board of Trustees and the Hallettsville City Council ends Friday, Feb. 17.
