Yoakum Football: Bulldogs in Cameron Yoe for second straight road gam

The Yoakum Bulldogs are on the road for the second straight week and head up north to Cameron Yoe.
Yoakum is looking to even its season record after a close game at Industrial where it fell short 25-20.
Yoe won its opener, a 71-35 rout of Lago Vista.
Yoe gained nearly 450 yards on offense, 275 through the air and 172 on the ground.
Quarterback Braylan.Drake went 16-of-21 passing for 275 yards and three touchdowns; leading receiver was Kason Goolsby who had three catches for 104 yards and a touchdown.
Heading up the ground game was Karidus Bradley Bradley who ran or 109 yards and two touchdowns; Armando Reyes had 34 yards and two touchdowns.
The Yoakum defense must play very solid to deal with whatever the Yoemen throw (or run) their way.
The Bulldog offense will need to eliminate penalties and turnovers, and look to control the ball.
Yoakum will play its first home game next week and it’s a big one against rival Cuero.
