So, how’s your Mum?

Moulton High School may not celebrate their own Homecoming until basketball season arrives later this school year, but that didn’t stop the school’s floral design and advanced floral design classes from teaming to building this mother of all mums.

Ag teacher Kori Landman explained: “The cardboard alone behind the main part of the mum is four feet across, so with the carnations added, it’s probably right at about five feet of flowers you’re looking at. The ribbons and streamers add another 11 feet or so in height.”

In short—not that there’s anything short about that thing—the kids definitely have their homecoming mum mechanics down pat after finishing this monster mum on Friday, Oct. 7.
