St. Paul softball: Lady Cardinals thrash VFA
The Lady Cardinals softball team scored a dozen runs in the first inning April 17 at Victoria Faith Academy and went on to a 22-0 win.
St. Paul scored seven runs in the second box and a trio of runs in the third square.
Hailey Radicke worked in the circle with no-hit shutout with seven strikeouts.
At the plate, Brooke Cerny got two hits and two runs.
Radicke had two hits, two RBI and one run while Julia Machacek got a double, two RBI and scored three runs.
On the defensive side, Machacek and Dallyn Pesek each made one putout.
