• Steve Antonio Escamilla, 29, by Lavaca County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) on Tuesday, Oct. 3, for controlled substance possession, $20,000 bond.

• Zachariah Anthony Martinez, 19, by Yoakum PD on Tuesday, Oct. 3, for property theft from a grave, corpse or military marker, $50,000 bond.

• Zachary Jasper Manuel, 24, by Yoakum PD on Tuesday, Oct. 3, for property theft from a grave, corpse or military marker, $50,000 bond.

• Jeremiah Rodriguez, 27, by LCSO on Saturday, Sept. 30, on a Goliad County warrant or bail jumping/failure to appear, $5,000 bond.

• Roberto Rivera Jr., 40, by Yoakum PD on Friday, Sept. 29, on a parole violation warrant, no bond.

• Riley Hope Arnold, 36, by LCSO on Friday, Sept. 29, for bail jumping/failure to appear, $4,000 bond.

• Crystal Jo Brown, 38, by LCSO on Friday, Sept. 29, for placing a silent or abusive call to 911 dispatchers and making a false or deceptive statement to emergency personnel, $4,000 bond.

• Eric Jean Mesa, 37, by Yoakum PD on Friday, Sept. 22, on a Lavaca County probation violation warrant, and three DeWitt County warrants including two for bail jumping/failure to appear and another for evading arrest or detention, $28,000 bond.

• Lesli Nicole Arteaga, 22, by LCSO on Thursday, Sept. 21, for bail jumping/failure to appear, $5,000 bond.

• Pasqual Hernandez, 60, by LCSO on Thursday, Sept. 21, on a bond forfeiture warrant stemming from a felony theft conviction, $40,000 bond.

• Lonnie Durell Presson, 65, by LCSO on Thursday, Sept. 21, on two bond forfeiture warrants and violating a bond or protective order issued for assault or stalking, $85,000 bond.

• Eithen King Bancroft, 26, by LCSO on Wednesday, Sept. 20, on a Victoria County marijuana possession warrant, a felony Lavaca County bond forfeiture warrant, and a couple of local city warrants, $10,000 bond and $1,077 in fines.

• Sidney Floyd Henry II, 37, by LCSO on Tuesday, Sept. 19, for sentencing in state jail with the Texas Department of Corrections on two unnamed felony charges, no bond.

• Noah Joseph Hermes, 18, by LCSO on Thursday, Sept. 14, for sentencing on an unnamed Lavaca County charge, no bond.

• Carl Robert Toler, 47, by LCSO on Thursday, Sept. 14, for bail jumping/failure to appear and a bond forfeiture warrant, $9,000 bond.
