St. Paul football: Cards close out non district with loss to SA Holy Cross Knights

    St. Paul ended its non-district schedule with a harrowing loss at San Antonio Holy Cross 53-19.
    St. Paul was held to just 273 yards on the ground and another 73 through the air. The Knights got 208 rushing and 237 passing for 445 yards.
    Zeke Rodriguez was 3-for-11 for 73 yards, one touchdowns and two interceptions.
    Nate Boedeker was the leading rusher with 102 yards on 16 carries with Zane Barta and Rodriguez each rushing for one touchdown.
    Jack Ehrig has two catches for 73 yards and one touchdown.
