Yoakum City Ordinance: Sec. 18-47 Fireworks: No person shall cast, throw or fire any squib, rocket, cracker, torpedo, grenade, cap or cartridge, or other combustible fireworks of any kind in the city.
No person shall exhibit or have in his possession with intent to give away or sell or offer for sale any squib, rocket, cracker, torpedo, grenade, cap or cartridge, or other combustible fireworks of any kind in the city.
No fireworks shall be stored within the city.
Violation of this ordinance will result in a court citation with a fine up to $500.
